The work of the Clinic is organized in three organizational parts:

- Outpatient unit
- Unit for malignant blood disorders
- Unit for immunohematology
- Unit for coagulopathic and thrombotic disorders
- Unit for inductive chemotherapy
- Unit for anemia
- Unit for cryopreservation of hematopoietic stem cells
- Daily hospital unit
- Unit for Clinical pharmacy
